Body Weight 10 min Pyramid Workout
You don't need a gym or equipment to get a fantastic workout and to feel the burn. Try this body weight pyramid workout. You only need 10 minutes!
Treat this workout as a pyramid. Start with 1 rep of each exercise (1 on each side if split) and go all the way through. Then do 2 reps of each exercise, increasing by 1 until you do 5 reps of each exercise. You are at the top of the pyramid. Now, starting at the top (5 reps each), work your way back down the pyramid, ending with 1 rep of each exercise. If you want a longer workout, work the pyramid up to 10 reps of each exercise and then go back down.
