My goal is to get my clients healthier so that they can enjoy doing the things that they love or want to do. I want them to be strong, healthy and feel confident in the body they are in. To me, there's nothing more important than that. So contact me to be trained by Stef!
Moms: Incontinence (leaking), diastasis recti (the separation of the abdominal wall causing coning) and prolapse, although common, is NOT normal. As a Pregnant and Postpartum Coach, I work with moms to correct these conditions by incorporating certain exercises and techniques in your workout programs. It doesn't matter if you are 6 weeks postpartum or 20 years.
Your first session with me is free. This is where we discuss your goals, your exercise history and I will provide a fitness assessment on you to establish a starting point.
