The Upper Body Challenges are geared to help strengthen and tone your upper body muscles. Who doesn't want toned arms?! This challenge isn't going to make you ripped or to completely tighten your arms (you will need to do more than this challenge), but its a great start to heading in that direction. If you are consistent with this challenge, I promise that your upper body will be stronger at the end of the 30 days than when you started!
