Join my 6 Week Summer Health Challenge!!!

Starts April 17 - May 29 (Just in time for Memorial Day!)

 

Let's make this summer your healthiest yet. I want you to feel confident being out in the sun, enjoying the activities you love to do. I want you to be able to hike a 14er or another trail, ride your bike, paddleboard, garden, walk your dog, or run a race without much struggle! I want you to wear your tank top and shorts with pride! Let's do this together!

 

Challenge includes: 

  • Individual Phone Consult (discuss goals, injuries/limitations, equipment have access to, current activity, etc)

  • 6 Workout Routines based on phone consult

  • Weekly Nutrition Guidance/Challenges

  • Weekly Check-Ins

  • Private Facebook page for motivation, sharing, recipes (or email if you don't have facebook)
