The Lower Body Challenges are to help strengthen your lower body (thighs, calves, hamstrings and booty). If you are a biker, runner, swimmer, volleyball player or participate in another sport, these lower body exercises will help strengthen the muscles you need to play those sports and will make you a better player. If you have joint pain, it will help to strengthen the muscles surrounding the joint, which can help reduce the pain. If you are consistent with this challenge, I promise that your lower body will be stronger at the end of the 30 days than when you started!
