The Core Challenges are to help strengthen your core. A strong core is so important for everyone! It is literally our center. A strong core helps enable you to continue to do things that you love to do. It also helps reduce or eliminate back pain and even can improve your posture. This core challenge works to strengthen your core through a variety of exercises that build off each other. If you are consistent with this challenge, I promise that your core will be stronger at the end of the 30 days than when you started!
