I offer a number of different training and nutrition services.
A cheaper training offer (or if you are not local to southwest Denver) to in-personal training. Online training is for a minimum of 3 months. Service includes:
2 Personalized workouts each month based on your equipment and fitness goals
Access to Exercise Library
Bi-Monthly check-ins: see how you are doing, adjust workouts and goals (if needed), promotes accountability
$100/month ($300 for 3 months - Paid monthly)
In-person training has various location options.
Studio Training– For those who want to workout in a studio setting, I offer personal training in Highlands Ranch or Littleton (private/semi-private studios)
In Home Training – I will travel to your home, utilizing the equipment you have or bringing the equipment I need for a nominal fee.
Outdoor Training – We will meet at a local park and do your workout there
Fitness Assessments: To provide a starting point for you – Includes Identifying Fitness and Nutrition Goals, Strength and Form Assessment, Body Measurements, Body Fat Calibration Testing
Individual Training: Includes a fitness assessment and program design for whatever your fitness goal is.
Small Group/Partner Training (2-4 people): Sometimes it helps to workout with a friend to help motivate each other. Includes fitness assessments and program design for whatever each individual fitness goal is. (Prices vary on the frequency of your training sessions and the package you purchase):
30 Min or 1 hour session
1 Month session package (4-12 sessions)
3 Month session package (12-36 sessions)
6 Month session package (24-72 sessions
Group Classes: 30 minutes or an hour long, intense group interval training session utilizing body weight training and resistance bands/weights. (Note: modifications are also shown so all levels welcome)
Individual, Small Group Training, and Group Classes can be done at your home, at a studio, or outdoors.

We sit down and discuss what you are eating and how through some modifications you can better fuel your body. Included in training packages or purchase separately.
Want to enter a 5K, 10K, half or full marathon but don’t know where to start? Or maybe increase your running time? Run coaching will do all of that. Depending on your current running fitness level, it could take at least 3 months to safely train for a race. Includes:
Personalized running plan
Weekly check-ins: see how you are doing, promotes accountability
Modifications to running plan based on weekly check-ins
$80/month (paid monthly per length of contract)
