I am having a food problem. Well moreso junk food problem. I don’t have cravings, but my problem is that I can’t seem to stop eating crap. I went to the grocery store the other day and bought a large bag of Skittles. Now, I think Skittles are ok but I wouldn’t say I love them.
I rip them open in the car on the way home. Pour them into a cup when I get home and keep eating them. I could not stop. My jaw was literally hurting from chewing them - and like I had said, they aren’t even my favorite candy. I just couldn’t do. What is my deal???? I ended up putting them in a bag and throwing them on the top shelf in my pantry where I can’t reach them easily. Boom - bye bye Skittles.
I did the same thing with these gluten free crackers from Costco. I need to reign this in.
