Virtual training is personal training that can be done regardless of where you live. Telling me that you wish I lived closer to you so that I could be your personal trainer is no longer an excuse! It allows me to provide clients with workouts geared towards their fitness goals, nutrition guidance, and it provides clients with the motivation and accountability needed to get results. It also is a cheaper option than in-person training.
I offer 3 options for virtual training - the price varies by the option.
Skyping/FaceTiming This option is very similar to in-person training. I instruct the client real time through a workout using Skype or FaceTime, utilizing the equipment the client has access to. I can check their exercise form and see clients reactions to the various exercises.
Individualized Training With this option, I provide 2 monthly workouts geared towards clients goals, utilizing the equipment the client has access to (whether it’s at a gym or at their home). This option includes weekly check ins, adjusting the workouts if needed (ie. change exercises, increase/decrease weight or reps). Nutrition consulting is also included in this option. Videos of exercises are provided and I require clients to send me pics or videos of them doing exercises so that I can ensure their form is correct.
Generalized Training This option is geared for a group of people (most helpful with friends). I provide weekly workouts that are generalized for the group with modifications to make the exercises easier due to injuries or pain. This option also includes weekly check ins, adjusting the workouts if needed (ie. change exercises, increase/decrease weight or reps). Nutrition consulting is also included in this option.
