Our arms are the body part that people are most likely to see naked on us. Who doesn’t want them looking as good as they can be?! I love my arms; they are my favorite body part on me. Last summer I was devastated when I broke my scapula and lost all the muscle tone in my right arm. Thankfully, I was able to work hard this past year to build it back to be even with my left arm and then make it even better. I was able to do that by doing upper body workouts similar to this one.
This workout that will help start toning up those upper body muscles. You do still need to burn calories to get the fat off your arms, if you have it. It’s to be done circuit style and by incorporating some lower body movements, you will be getting the max calorie burn.
